Washington, DC, March 4, 2021 – Miller & Chevalier is pleased to announce that Margot Laporte, Maryna Kavaleuskaya, and FeiFei (Andrea) Ren were selected as members of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity's (LCLD) class of 2021. Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 350 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.

Laporte, a Member in the firm's Litigation Department, was named to the LCLD's 2021 class of Fellows. Participants in the Fellows Program come from law firms and in-house legal departments nationwide and engage in a year-long program designed to assist high-potential, mid-career practitioners in leadership development through professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building opportunities, and extensive contact with LCLD's top leadership.

Kavaleuskaya and Ren, Senior Associates in the firm's International Department, were named to the LCLD's 2021 class of Pathfinders. The Pathfinder Program offers high-potential, early-career attorneys meaningful opportunities to build foundational leadership, professional networking, and strategic career development skills.

"Miller & Chevalier has proudly participated in LCLD's Fellows and Pathfinder Programs for several years and we are grateful for the important work they do to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession," said firm Chair Kathryn Cameron Atkinson.
