Ann Sultan Named a Law360 Rising Star in Compliance

Washington, DC, July 6, 2020 – Miller & Chevalier Chartered today announced that Ann Sultan, Member in the firm's International and White Collar Defense practice areas, was named one of Law360's Rising Stars for Compliance. The list recognizes attorneys under 40 "whose legal accomplishments transcend their age."

Ann's practice focuses on international corporate compliance, internal and government investigations, and white collar defense, related primarily to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-money laundering laws and regulations. She advises clients, including public companies and senior executives, on a wide range of topics, such as compliance assessments, due diligence, risk management, Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement actions, and interacting with external auditors in accounting and financial reporting matters. Ann is an Officer of the International Bar Association's Anti-Corruption Committee, Vice Chair of the ABA International Law Section's Anti-Corruption Committee, and on the Steering Committee of the Section's Eurasia/Russia Committee.
