
Brittany Neihardt is an Associate in the Litigation department. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, and investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Neihardt served as a judicial law clerk in the Chambers of the Honorable Judge Darlene M. Soltys, DC Superior Court. She worked as a legal intern in the Office of International Affairs, Department of Justice (DOJ) and as a law clerk for the Alexandria Public Defender. Previously, Ms. Neihardt worked as a program assistant at the Due Process of Law Foundation.
