Alexandra Beaulieu is an associate in Miller & Chevalier's International department. She focuses her practice on the design and implementation of risk-based corporate compliance programs and internal and government investigations. She primarily advises clients in connection with the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption standards as well as workplace culture and conduct challenges, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, bullying, and retaliation. 

Ms. Beaulieu received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to joining Miller & Chevalier, she worked as a legal intern at the International Bar Association on research projects related to human rights, domestic and international climate change litigation and legislation, and sexual harassment legislation. She also assisted with immigration cases in the office of U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell in Seattle.

  • Advises a biopharmaceutical company on the enhancement of its FCPA compliance program and its third party relationships. 
  • Represented a U.S.-listed company in a government investigation involving FCPA-related allegations.
  • Serves as a core member on an Independent Compliance Monitor team focusing on human resources issues, including harassment and discrimination, on behalf of a regulatory agency in Massachusetts.
  • Conducted an internal investigation into multiple allegations of a toxic workplace culture, including bullying, harassment, and retaliation, on behalf of a multi-national company.
