Kirby Behre, Timothy O'Toole, Barry Pollack* and Mark Rochon will be speaking during the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) program "Executives at Risk: Executive Liability in White Collar Cases – Is It on the Rise?" This event is hosted by Milller & Chevalier Chartered. The speakers will discuss the risks to company executives and whether those risks are increasing in a post-Yates Memorandum world. The discussion will also focus on how to defend executives against government allegations, with real world experience from individual representations in a variety of settings (export controls, FCPA, antitrust, accounting fraud, and others).
