Layla Asali, Lisandra Ortiz, and Loren Ponds will speak at the DC Bar 2023 Tax Legislative and Regulatory Update Conference on January 25 - 26, 2023, in Washington, DC.

Asali will participate in a panel discussion to provide an update on GILTI and Subpart F on January 25. 

On January 26, Ortiz will speak on the panel, "Exploring Tax Issues Related to Regulatory Authority, Chevron Deference, and the Administrative Procedure Act," and Ponds will moderate a panel titled "The OECD & Global Tax Policy: What's Next?"
