Rocco V. Femia and James R. Gadwood will be participating in the Annual Conference of the USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) on February 23, 2017. Femia will present, as part of a panel, "Dealing with MAP and Other Controversies" and Gadwood will present, as part of a panel, "The Use of the U.S. Administrative Procedure Act to Challenge IRS Guidance and Other Administrative Actions."
