Rocco Femia will speak on the "Evolving OECD Concepts for Pricing of Intangibles Transactions" panel. This panel will address the interim discussion draft on intangibles published by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on June 6, 2012, including the definition of intangibles; the identification of parties entitled to intangible returns and transactions involving intangibles; and other considerations associated with the pricing of related party intangible arrangements.
