David B. Cubeta, George A. Hani, and Kevin L. Kenworthy will be participating in the 14th Biennial Parker C. Fielder Oil and Gas Tax Conference from November 16-17, 2017. 

Hani will present, as part of a panel, "The New Partnership Audit Rules," on November 17. This presentation will provide a summary of the new rules and how taxpayers may revise current partnership agreements, and negotiate partnership transactions.

Kenworthy will present, as part of a panel, "Current Issues in International Tax for the General Practitioner," on November 16. The panel will discuss the international issues that are frequently in newspaper headlines, including “inversions,” “territorial systems,” the border adjustment tax, base erosion, and others that are regularly debated in the press.

Cubeta will be a Presiding Officer of the conference on November 16. 

Parker C. Fielder is dedicating this year's conference to the memory of Miller & Chevalier Member, Phillip L. Mann. According to the conference organizers, Mann's investment in and commitment to the program was instrumental to its success.
