Montenegro Almonte joins the firm from gategroup, where she served as Division General Counsel, overseeing and advising on all legal issues and business activities arising in North America and Latin America, including commercial, litigation, transactional, regulatory, compliance and employment matters. As a firm Member, Montenegro Almonte will practice in the areas of international corporate compliance, focusing on matters in Latin America and those involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), internal investigations, complex commercial litigation and risk management.
