2008 Latin America Corruption Survey Report

Miller & Chevalier Chartered and six Latin American law firms published the results of their Latin America Corruption Survey measuring the current perspectives and attitudes of leading corporate executives on corruption in the region. Despite the fact that the Inter-American Convention Against Corruption was adopted by the Organization of American States (OAS) 12 years ago, the results reflect an opinion that corruption continues to be a widespread and costly problem for businesses in the region.
