Homer Moyer and Matteson Ellis were featured lawyers on two of the Top 10 most popular episodes of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Flash Podcast. Published twice a month since 2016, the podcast provides its audience with timely assessments about the FCPA and related issues. The podcast attributes a great part of its success to the sophistication of guests who speak from first-hand experience and deep understanding of the issues.
