Sultan's practice focuses on internal and government investigations, international corporate compliance, and white collar defense, related primarily to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-money laundering laws and regulation. "I have worked with Ann since joining VEON in 2016," Matthew Matule, Deputy General Counsel at VEON, told GIR. "She quickly establishes a rapport with employees at all levels of our organization and is able to navigate difficult culture and regulatory nuances to gather information, analyse situations and propose constructive paths forward with an understanding of our business, risks and priorities."
