On October 24, Asali will present, as part of a panel, "Taxation of Financial Instruments and Hedging Transactions: A Timely Refresher for Turbulent Times." Ponds will speak on the panel titled "Swamp Talk: Federal Tax Legislative & Regulatory Update - Midterm Elections and 118th Congress Preview."

Kovacev will speak on the panel "Challenging the Validity of Treasury Regulations and IRS Guidance: Considerations and Major Questions for the In-House Tax Professional," on October 25.
