Kevin Kenworthy will speak on "Managing Transfer Pricing Controversies," and Robert Kirschenbaum* will also discuss "Transfer Pricing and Inter-Group Financing."

On May 4, Kevin Kenworthy will discuss deference to IRS guidance in light of the Supreme Court's recent decision in Mayo.
