Rocco Femia will present on a panel discussion addressing transfer pricing and the OECD intangibles project, during the National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC) Fall Tax Committee Meeting on October 30, 2014.

This panel discussion will follow up to the release of the BEPS report. NFTC, the sponsoring organization, focuses on encouraging policies that will expand U.S. exports and enhance the competitiveness of U.S. companies by eliminating major tax inequities in the treatment of U.S. companies operating abroad.
