Timothy P. O'Toole, Addy R. Schmitt,* and Andrew T. Wise spoke at the NACDL National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) 8th Annual West Coast White Collar Conference in California on June 21, 2018. O'Toole is serving as conference co-chair and will provide welcoming remarks. O'Toole will also present, as part of a panel, "Financial Crimes Outside the U.S.: Money Laundering, Exports & Sanctions Enforcement." Schmitt will speak on the panel, "It's Not You, It's Him: Dealing with "Challenging" Prosecutors." Wise will moderate the panel "The Ethics of Privilege: Avoiding the Trap of the Crime-Fraud Exception."
