Miller & Chevalier held the fifth teleconference to discuss provisions of the merged Senate bill, which was released on November 18.  Miller & Chevalier will also focus on the provisions of the bill that are likely to create significant implementation issues for companies, and provide an inside-the-beltway perspective on the process and political hurdles that the legislation faces as Congress continues toward its goal of enacting reform within the next few months.
