Miller & Chevalier held Part III of an invitation-only teleconference to provide information on the long-awaited Senate Finance Committee proposal with a focus on the provisions that are lightly to create significant implementation issues for companies.

The Senate Finance Committee released the framework for its proposal last week and the bill language is expected to be released this week.  Miller & Chevalier provided an inside-the-beltway perspective on the process and political hurdles that the legislation must clear if it will be enacted later this year, as is the hope of President Obama.
