Rocco V. Femia will be participating in the New York Region Tax Seminar of the USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) on July 13, 2017. Femia will present, as part of a panel, "Practical Implications of the MLI." Sixty-seven jurisdictions signed the MLI on June 7 to implement some of the treaty related provisions of the BEPS action plan. This panel will explore the implications of the structure of the MLI and some of its most impactful operative provisions.
