Matteson Ellis will speak at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Mexico's 7th International Anti-Corruption Congress on May 7, 2026. Ellis will present, as a part of a panel, "FCPA and FEPA Trends and their Relationship with FTOs in Latin America." This panel will discuss trends in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Foreign Extortion Prevention Act (FEPA) enforcement, including recent cases, and the implications of Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) designations for companies operating in Latin America. Panelists include Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) officials working on the issue.
