Matthew T. Reinhard will present, as part of a panel, "Is nothing sacred? The production and use of internal investigation findings and reports in third party proceedings." This panel will explore the growing trend of third party litigants seeking to force disclosure of internal corporate investigative reports and findings in collateral criminal and civil litigation.
