Timothy P. O'Toole spoke during The Eurasia Center/Eurasian Business Coalition (EBC) 5th Annual "Doing Business with the BRICS" Conference on May 15, 2017. O'Toole presented, as part of a panel, "BRICS: Managing Political/Financial Risk, Legal Developments and Challenges - Prospects for Improving East and West Relations, The Way Forward." Participants at this conference were able to speak to officials from the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) along with executives from numerous U.S. corporations and representatives of U.S. and International agencies.
