Joanne Roskey, Anthony Shelley, and Mary Lou Soller will speak at the BCBS 2023 Law, Audit, Compliance & Ethics Conference on August 9, 2023, in Austin, Texas.

Roskey and Shelley will present "Discussion with EBSA: Enforcement & Regulatory Priorities Impacting Health Plans." Deputy Assistant Secretary for Program Operations Timothy Hauser will moderate a discussion on enforcement and regulatory priorities impacting health plans.

Soller will present "Ethics Everything Everywhere: Current Issues in Practice." This session will provide practical advice on some of the important ethics issues that Blue Plan attorneys, and their outside counsel, face in their day-to-day work using hypothetical scenarios developed from real Blue Plan situations.
