Layla Asali will speak on the "International Tax Update Panel," at the ABA Virtual 2020 Fall Tax Meeting on September 30, 2020. This panel will discuss recent guidance in the international tax area including guidance from Treasury and the IRS relating to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Topics discussed will include the GILTI high-tax exception, international aspects of section 163(j), FDII and BEAT.
