The American Bar Association Public Contract Law Section and Miller & Chevalier presented the webinar, "COVID-19 Legal Update," on April 1, 2020. The webinar featured a lively discussion between government and industry about the pandemic's impact on federal procurement, including performance concerns during the pandemic, how to manage increased performance costs related to the pandemic response, and considerations in the event a stop work order or termination follows.
