27th Annual Institute on Current Issues in International Taxation

Rocco Femia and Kevin Kenworthy will present during the 27th Annual Institute on Current Issues in International Taxation on December 11-12, 2014.

During this conference, co-sponsored by The George Washington University Law School and the IRS, Femia will chair a panel discussion titled "Cross-Border Transactions -- Transfers of Intangible Property," which will address key transfer pricing and substantive tax issues raised by cross-border transfers of intangible property, and on initiatives to address such issues.

Kenworthy will participate in a panel discussion titled "Controls and Effective Risk Management," which will address the intersection of the practical and the conceptual in cross-border tax planning, including the need for internal controls over tax issues and positions and the potential risks for failing to manage and maintain tax planning.
