Rocco Femia will speak at the 13th Annual NABE Transfer Pricing Symposium on July 19, 2023, in Washington, DC. Femia will present, as part of a panel, "100th Anniversary of the Arm's Length Principle - Review of Guiding Principles and Evaluation of Transfer Pricing Approaches Commonly Applied Today."

This panel will reflect on the evolution of the principle within the field of transfer pricing to understand how we've gotten where we are, consider issues with the interpretation of the principle by today's practitioners and regulatory bodies, and look forward to consider what the future may hold for the arm's-length principle in a post-BEPS 2.0 world.
