Tim O’Toole is quoted regarding the case the Delphi Salaried Retirees Association has brought against the government’s Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. The association filed a lawsuit in September "to get people their pensions back," O'Toole, who represents the association, said. O'Toole said a preliminary injunction has also been filed to stop PBGC from cutting the workers' benefits and that the PBGC is slated to reduce the salaried workers' benefits in January.
