Tim O’Toole comments on the honest services statute, the subject of several cases before the Supreme Court. Regarding the law, O’Toole says, “It's very hard to tell before the fact what's permitted and what's not permitted. What that creates from a defendant's perspective is you don't know where the line is, so you don't know when you've crossed it.”
