Scott Flesch participated in a panel discussion hosted by The George Washington Law School's Government Procurement Law program, focused on potential reforms to U.S. government bid protests. The panel explored key developments in the field, including the en banc decision in Percipient.ai from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, a recent report on bid protests by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), and new data gathered by the American Bar Association (ABA) Public Contract Law Section. Flesch and fellow panelists also discussed a wide range of reform proposals currently being debated before Congress, offering insights into how these changes could impact federal procurement litigation and policy.
