Miller & Chevalier Files Supreme Court Brief in Health Care Service Corporation v. Pollitt

Washington, DC, December 11, 2009 -- Miller & Chevalier filed a Supreme Court brief on behalf of Health Care Services Corporation (HSCS), a Blue Cross and Blue Shield entity, in Health Care Service Corporation v. Pollitt, No. 09-38 (U.S.). The Supreme Court granted certiorari in this case involving the Federal Employees Health Benefits Act (FEHBA) in October 2009, and Anthony Shelley, head of the firm’s ERISA and Fiduciary Litigation practice, will argue the case for HCSC before the Supreme Court in March 2010.
