Marc Gerson discusses the more than $200 billion included in the Obama budget designated to "implement international tax enforcement, reform deferral and other tax reform policies." When the budget outline was released, Gerson said that the international tax reform proposal seemed large enough to "include some fundamental changes that will impact the global competitiveness of U.S.-based companies."
