Joanne Roskey commented on her arrival at Miller & Chevalier, following her time at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), where she most recently served as Chief of the Division of Health Investigations for DOL's Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA). "One of the things that I'm hoping to accomplish in this new role is to really help clients make good and thoughtful decisions in a very complex area of the law," Roskey said. "It's a growing and evolving area of law — there are new developments on both the health and the pension side taking place all the time."
