Homer Moyer discusses the current debate surrounding proposed changes the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) in a video interview with the Bulletproof Blog. According to Moyer, proponents of amending the FCPA should be careful what they wish for. If the Act is reopened for legislative changes, those changes may very well be even more unwelcome to the global business community than the framework they are operating under now – and that is especially likely given current treaty obligations that require the U.S. to continue aggressive enforcement of anti-corruption law.
