After waiting roughly a year for guidance on the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, legal professionals have begun to voice their initial reactions.  Some felt that the guidance provided valuable insights into the DOJ's enforcement considerations.  "Not only is there a fairly lengthy discussion of the statute, in terms of what it prohibits and doesn't prohibit, but it [also] contains new types of guidance that we've not seen from government before," commented Homer Moyer.
