Anthony Shelley comments on the ruling that the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) must prove it properly terminated the Delphi salaried retirees’ pension plan. Shelley, the retirees' attorney, said, ''The PBGC came in there saying all they had to do was agree with Delphi to terminate the plan, and everything was fine. We came in and said that's not fine. We said they have to prove their case, and now the court has said they'll have to do that."
