Ann Sultan commented on how travel restrictions imposed in response to the spread of the novel coronavirus could complicates companies' efforts to investigate bribery and other corporate misconduct. "I think in many cases everything will be fine if travel is postponed a couple of weeks or months," Sultan said. "It's the serious situations on the margins where time is of the essence that could be a real problem."
