"Those missing details could be enough to persuade the appellate court that CACI didn't get a fair trial because, to prove their aiding and abetting claims, plaintiffs had to show that the defendants materially supported the alleged wrongdoing that led to the plaintiff's alleged injuries," Sarria said.
