2009 Corporate Health Care Policy Forecast Survey Media Coverage

Miller & Chevalier and the American Benefits Council recently released the results of the Second Annual Corporate Health Care Policy Forecast Survey, measuring the current perspectives and attitudes of leading corporate benefits professionals on the direction of health care policy in the coming months. The survey revealed respondents' concerns about government-run health plans, employer mandates, and proposals to tax their employees. Respondents also called for more attention to cost and quality issues and maintenance of ERISA standards.
