Emily Caputo is an Associate in the firm's Tax department, where she focuses on a broad range of tax matters. Prior to joining the firm, Emily was a Tax Associate at a multinational law firm. Before that, she served as a Policy Advisor in the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Tax Policy, where she contributed to the development and analysis of significant tax policy initiatives with a focus on the clean energy tax guidance issued following passage of the Inflation Reduction Act.
Emily earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was Articles & Essays Editor of the Yale Law Journal.
