Timothy O'Toole commented on the business impact of the United States' exit from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). Penalties imposed in the last decade on foreign institutions doing business in Iran led to "extreme risk aversion," said O'Toole, who represents European and Asian clients invested in Iran. "I would expect that the reimposition of sanctions would make those foreign financial institutions very timid," he said.
