2019 Tax Policy Forecast Survey Media Coverage

Miller & Chevalier Chartered and the National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC) announced the results of their 2019 Tax Policy Forecast Survey, in which tax executives remain undecided about the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017's (TCJA's) impact on U.S. businesses, and many respondents continue to seek regulatory guidance to understand its full effect.

The survey is led by Miller & Chevalier Chair Marc J. Gerson and Tax Members Loren C. Ponds and Jorge E. Castro. Both Gerson and Ponds served as majority tax counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Ways & Means. Castro served as Counselor to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner.
