Bloomberg Law

In this article, Jason Workmaster and Abigail Stokes* reviewed the best practices for handling fixed-priced federal contracts, to manage scope creep, and prevent the risk of cost overruns. "Successful contract performance is in the interest of both the contractor and the government, as long and litigious disputes often yield no real 'winner.' The article, initially published on Bloomberg Law, was also featured online in the Bloomberg Daily Brief on June 13, 2019.
