Alejandra Montenegro Almonte and Ann Sultan will speak at the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) Higher Education Conference on June 2, 2025. They will present, as part of a panel, "Staking Out Independence in a Multi-Stakeholder World: Conducting Sensitive Investigations at Universities." The panel will discuss defining investigation scope, identifying key stakeholders and anticipating appropriate communication and reporting lines, and managing considerations of privilege and confidentiality concerns.
