Rocco V. Femia will be speaking at the Practising Law Institute's (PLI's) International Tax Issues 2015 on February 11, 2015 in New York. Femia will present, as part of a panel, "Developments on Transfer Pricing." PLI's seminar will discuss the complex rules of U.S. international taxation and focus upon both operational and transactional implications of these rules, and the application of the rules to both U.S. and foreign-based entities.
