Rocco V. Femia will present, as part of a panel, "Recent Developments on Transfer Pricing" at Practising Law Institute's (PLI's) International Tax Issues 2014 on January 30, 2014 in New York. This conference will discuss the complex rules of U.S. international taxation and focus upon both operational and transactional implications of these rules, and will describe the application of the rules to both U.S. and foreign-based entities.
