Rocco V. Femia will speak at Practising Law Institute's (PLI's) International Tax Issues 2014 conference on September 10, 2014 at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center in Chicago. Femia will present, as part of a panel, "Recent Developments on Transfer Pricing."

This conference will discuss the complex rules of U.S. international taxation, and also upon both operational and transactional implications of these rules, and will describe the application of the rules to both U.S. and foreign-based entities.
