Kathryn Cameron Atkinson and Homer Moyer will be speaking at the National Institute on International Regulation and Compliance: Economic Sanctions and Export Control Conference on October 1-3, 2014. Atkinson will moderate a panel titled "FCPA for Transactional, Business, and Other Lawyers" and Moyer will participate in a panel discussion titled "Technology Meets the FCPA."

This three-day conference, sponsored by the American Bar Association, will tackle some of the most pressing challenges in cross-border regulations for in-house and outside business and transactional lawyers, litigators, investigators, compliance professionals, and forensic examiners. The program is hosted by the Criminal Justice Section and the Criminal Justice Section’s Global Anti-Corruption Committee, and co-sponsored by the Business Law Section and Section of International Law.
