Timothy P. O'Toole and Barry J. Pollack* will speak at the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) Sixth Annual West Coast White Collar Conference on June 15-17, 2016, in San Diego, CA.

O'Toole, who is serving as conference co-chair, will present as a panelist, "Aftershocks: What’s Happened Since DOJ's Announced Focus on Individual Accountability?" Pollack will present, as part of a panel, "Painting by Numbers: Using §3553a Factors to Get the Right Result."

The conference will feature several small group sessions, which allow attendees to delve into as many hot topic white collar practice issues as possible. The program will explore how to successfully defend a client in the most challenging of circumstances, such as getting Brady disclosures, managing e-discovery and reining in government overreaching. It will also feature cutting-edge topics like computer crime and the realities of international white collar practice. The program will close with trial technique demonstrations from several "masters of the bar."
